Jeff Romano at Service was of great help in resolving issues. Bought a premium wheel and tire coverage at another dealership that should have coverage nationwide but Jeff had to chase obscurity around to no avail. He nevertheless took it upon himself and kept his words to resolve the issue. Kudos for his customer service!

I got a flat tire and they had someone come to me real quick to change to a spare. They said they had a new tire for me the next day but I was busy and went the next week and it was changed. Really good service.

Just had a great experience with new vehicle purchase from Porsche Englewood. Have bought from other Porsche dealers in NJ and experience at Englewood has been the best. Sales advisors are true enthusiasts and knowledgeable about the brand and made ordering and delivery buttery smooth. Great attention to detail. Kept me updated throughout the process from spec to order to build to delivery. Also, helped arrange pre-delivery detailing of the car. Nice touch was some swag for my kids at delivery. If you're buying a Porsche because you love the brand and are an enthusiast, the people at Englewood Porsche are as well.

I live on the West Coast and this Porsche dealer situated on the East Coast, so all our communication had to be via texts, emails or phone calls. Adam Solomon my salesman and his manager William Gakos were very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. I had to rely on them to basically inspect the vehicle for me because the vehicle had some miles. They not only gave me a very honest appraisal and inspection with follow up photographs to assure me that it was indeed a very clean car. I highly recommend this dealership and the above gentlemen because I found them to be extremely honest and forthright and a pleasure to work with in the process of acquiring this vehicle.
